Are Tears On The Penis Head Due To Yeast Infection?

Hello I recently was exposed to hiv some days ago. I am a male and have yeast infection. I rubbed my penis on vaginal opening before we used a female condom for sex. The vagina was wet and fluids got in contact with my penis head, am worried with yeast infection my penis head would have alot of microscopic tears, i am not circumcised

Hello,

Yeast penis infection is very common and causes usually white patches on the foreskin as well as some itchiness and redness. It's treated with oral Fluconazole tablet once and Clotrimazole two percent cream local thrice a day for one week. Keep the area dry and clean all the time.
