Are Sudden Sharp Pains In Head Be Due To Spinal Fluid Leakage?

Hello, I had a CT with myelogram last Tuesday, ended up with a spinal headache from a spinal fluid leak. On Friday, the doctor did a blood patch. The blood patch worked well at first. But as the days go on I feel a slight headache and when I cough there s a lot of pressure in my head and at times I get sharp sudden pains in my head. I also feel very tired and just feel exhausted; could this be from spinal fluid leaking? Could there still be a slow leak?

dear friend
it could be possible that there is a new or still some leak.
does the headache reduce on lying down ?
the best course of action would be to see the physician and get it evaluated
