Are Spots On Spine Shown In X Ray Suggestive Of Bone Cancer?

My husband recently had esophagus cancer was treated with radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery it all removed. Now 8 months later started having pain in spine lower back hips and went to hospital had bone scan, MRI, CT, x rays, blood test and they showed spots on his spine does this automatically mean bone cancer or some type of cancer there also is could there be anything else?

what you retrying to explain can be metastasis but it is better to consult oncologist for examination and opinion regarding metastasis and advise on treatment.
