Hello, I ve had a sore throat every day for the past 7 or so months. I ve visited my family dr who took swaps and revealed no strep. Recently, I decided to see a different dr who saw there may be an ulcer/lesion on the left tonsil which is where is hurts most when I swallow, though both sides tend to hurt at night. I have orange bumps on the back of my throat and when I press on the sides of the tonsils to flip them more out the bottom parts are covered in white mucous. That mucous doesn t worry me as much as the ulcer and orange bumps do. Do I have throat cancer, is the question that s running through my head at this point and I m panicking.
