Are Sodium And Creatinine Levels In Body Interrelated?

Hello Dr. Andrew, The serum Creatinine level of grand father is 4.16 milligrams/deciliters (mg/dL) (Normal value : 0.6 to 1.2 milligrams/deciliters (mg/dL) ) and he is not responding. we have taken him to kidney specialist and the doctor said the sodium level is very low. I want to know is there a connection between Creatinine level and sodium level in body ? and is dialysis needed ?
