Are Small Lumps Near Vaginal Opening With History Of HPV In Cervix A Cause For Concern?

I noticed a little irritation when urinating a couple days ago. Not painful or itchy. Just different. So today after wiping, I felt there were 3 small lumps close together near my vaginal opening. I have pcos and after I had my daughter in 2011 and went for my post partum check my gyno found that I had HPV even tho I was vaccinated which covers the 4 strans of the cancerous type. I do believe she told me it was pre cancerous and there was warts from the HPV on my cervix, not the herpes from an std. But I've had some light odorless yellowish discharge as well. Could this be irritation and hormones or should i get checked out with my ob?
