Are Skin Rashes A Side Effect Of Pravastatin?
Hi, went on vacation and two days before we came home, I noticed some red spots on my stomach and back. They do not itch are not swollen or crusty and I do not have a fever. They are only located on my stomach, back and upper thighs (not many there). More on my stomach and back. They are about the size of a dime. Did not get near any poison ivy, which would act differently. Feeling fine. I do take a pravastatin, but no other medication. I do take a COQ 10 with my statin. Not sure what they are?

Allergic reactions can occur to practically any medication. Dermatologic conditions are difficult to diagnose wihtout seeing them.
