Are Shortness Of Breath And Pain In Chest, Shoulders And Arms A Cause For Concern?

I am 24 years old and severely overweight at 325 lbs. I recently had tests done for my heart and everything was normal. Today I walked up 3 flights of stairs, and had severe shortness of breath. And then started feeling a chest pain on my left side and also my arm from shoulder to elbow. It s like not a pain but a discomfort pain.
