Are Physical Exercises Good For Mentally Disordered Individuals?
Dear Doc, I am a fitness and welness instructor and I have just joined a mental disorder (recovery) Centre and I am responsible for their fitness. These clients of my average age is 53 years. How can of exercise be it mental or physical is good for them.
It is always good to do exercise, both mental and physical, as it helps the body to recover and be able to fight off a lot of diseases. Exercise also releases lots of hormones which help the person to stay healthy and energetic.
