Are Pain Killers Advisable In A Person With Aortic Stenosis?

I have high blood pressure (under control with medication) and some mild aortic stenosis and a click in my mitral valve (they say this is not mitral valve prolapse just a clicking noise and I have had this all my life). I also have arthritis and I try not to take pain killers unless I am having a bad day. I try Tylenol first because it has fewer heart warnings than NSAIDs. When I need more I find that Ibuprofen works better for me than naproxen. Is one or the other or these NSAIDs better or worse on the heart symptoms?
