Are Pain And Swelling In Chest With Difficulty Taking Deep Breath A Cause For Concern?

my husband has been complaining of pain in his right side and difficulty taking a deep breath...now his chest on the right side is swollen...not painful just swollen there is a definite difference between his 2 breasts...the breast is soft like it s fat, but my husband has no fat in that area of his chest the other side is normal
