Are Nosebleeds, Impaired Thoughts And Lack Of Balance Suggestive Of Concussion?

i think my husband has a severe concussion. His nose has been bleeding and a small amount of blood was in his ear. He is very confused and has trouble knowing where he is at also has balanceing problems. He is also very sleepy... He wont go to the dr my question is what do i need to watch for and when to take him to the er or call 911

Decrease level of consiousness, memory impairment, double vision, severe headache and double vision are signs of concussion.
As he has nose bleed and blood in ear as well with impairment of consiousness.
I would like to advise you to take him to ER soon as possible. He needs urgen CT scan of brain and bone window.
