Are Nausea,tiredness And Tender Breasts Signs Of Pregnancy?

hello i have been feeling nasues every morning and during the day and i have not been feeling myself lately and i feel very tried and my boobs also hurt alot. i think i am pregnant but because i drink alot of water i mean alot that the test keeps coming back negative. no i have not done a blood test yet. the one thing that is stopping me to know that i am pregnant is that the area around the nipples are not dark but i no if you have low hormones that it can take a lot longer for it show up. can you help me am i pregnant.
