Are Missed Nausea And Night Sweats In The 15th Week Of Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?

2nd pregnancy, I am exactly 15 weeks pregnant and have awoken every morning starving and nauseated, along with being soaking wet from night sweats. This morning, I woke up with no nausea or hunger and completely dry. I had also been feeling small kicks here and there, but after an overdue bm last night, have felt not even a flutter since. I m wondering, if constipation can actually make it easier for fetal movements to be felt in this stage in pregnancy maybe? I m also worried about the loss of my pregnancy symptoms, I rolled over the other night as if I had no belly and the left side of my belly got smushed into the bed cushion while trying to roll over onto my stomach, I couldn t sleep worried I had just hurt the baby; Is that even possible?? Could I have detached the placenta, or Something like that? Totally freaking out here
