Are Missed Menstruation, Food Cravings And Gastritis Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

My last periods were o 18/6. I had unprotectedsex around 2 weeks ago. I took ipill within 30 hours. I had a spotting on 16/7. No bleeding from then on. Cravings for food, can t stand smell or taste of some food which I used to like, extreme gas. Can this be signs of pregnancy?

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. These can be symptoms of pregnancy. If negative, consult a gynecologist for complete examination.
