Are Lumps In Labia Common Post C Section?

Hello. I am 34 years old with average height and weight. I want to know if its normal to have a hard lump or boil on my labia minor and labia majora about 1 week after a repeat cesarean section? Is it serioius? What caused it and how can I treat it? Thanks for your help.
