Are Low Iron, RBC And Vitamin D In Blood A Cause For Concern?

APPEAR TO BE SUFFERING FROM ANEMIA. TIRED, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, CHEST PAINS, LEG CRAMPS, DRY CRACKING AT CORNER OF MOUTH, PALE, SLEEPING PROBLEMS, HEAT FLASHES(WENT THROUGH CHANGE 20 YEARS AGO) , HAD GASTRIC BYPASS IN 1999. DIZZYNESS, SOME CONFUSION...BLOODWORK DID REFLECT LOW IRON, CBC SHOWED LOW RED BLOOD CELL, LOW IN VIT D...have been on pregnancy vitamins and 2000mg vit D for 2 weeks, not much change,,,should I be concerned?

It is due to nutritional insufficiency. Iron and vitaminD supplementation may be required. Consult a physician and he will direct you accordingly.
