General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having Hypertension, Diabetes, Hyper lipidemia and gout. While bending you got tachycardia, Chest pain and pale face -may be due to Postural Hypotension or Ischemia. So better go fro ECG/US abdomen/CBC. as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr C.ELANCHEZHIAN, General & Family Physician
