hi doc... I WANT TO CLARIFY THAT IS KIDNEY FAILURE OR KIDNEY DISEASES TRANSFERRED HEREDITARILLY. BECAUSE MY MOM HAS GOT KIDNEY PROBLEM. HER 1 KIDNEY IS REMOVED AND THE OTHER IS WEAK NOW. SO I WANT TO KNOW THAT, DO THERE ANY CHANCE FOR ME TO HAVE ANY KIDNEY DISEASE?

one of the factors for kidney problems are hereditary or congenital.
the other factors being infection, diabetes, hypertension, pain killer abuse, drugs, and some variety of sea foods.
do not worry,it is not mandatory that it should be continued in the children.
