To determine whether you could be pregnant or not, one needs a little more information than the symptoms you have mentioned as these are not sure shot tell tale signs of pregnancy. Did u miss your period yet? If yes then how long since your expected date of period? You can take a home pregnancy test which is available in all chemist stores to be more sure and if negative, repeat the test in 7-10 days in case you still dont get your period.
