Are Headaches And Irregular Vaginal Bleeding Associated With Perimenopause?

Hi. Last month I had a really short period, spotty day 1, very little day 2 and spotty day 3. Twelve days later I am.spotting again for 3 days ending with a brownish light pink discharge. Am.i going through peri menopause? I am 42, sexually active and have had 3 live births. My periods typically last 5-7 days with lots of headaches, baxkaxhes etc
