Hello,

Headache and chests pain are not common symptoms of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.

In my opinion, these symptoms can be due to high blood pressure. Anyway, you are young and hypertension is not very common in young people.

For this reason, I suggest consulting physically your local doctor because it is necessary to do some blood pressure measurements(especially at the moment you feel like an adrenaline rush), to do an EKG.

At the same time, a recommend doing a TSH test to see if you need to start or to adjust the doses if you actually use the thyroid hormone replacement therapy.

An overdosage of Levothyroxine(the thyroid hormone replacement therapy) can be another possible cause of your actual symptoms.

These tests are important to reach the right diagnosis/cause and only in this way, you can have the right treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
