Are Headache, Painful Neck And Spine Suggestive Of Thyroid Issues?

I am 20 yrs old diagnosed with graves disease at 13 being treated with tapazole and inderal, I must admit I havent been taking then as i should be. Recent blood work TSH 0.010 free t4 2.45 I have had a headache for 4 days and pain in my neck and down my spine for 3 days. No fever could this be thyriod related. or thyroid storm!

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms given here are not due to thyroid disease relate but it is highly advisable it have regular medicine with regular follow up hope this information helps.
