Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Nausea, increased frequency of micturition, and pain in lower abdomen and back can be due to pregnancy or urinary tract infection.
If she had periods one week back, then the pregnancy is unlikely.
However, she should do a urine pregnancy test to confirm the diagnosis.
If negative, then she should get her urine examination done to confirm infection and take appropriate antibiotics timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
