Are Frequent Blood Transfusions Required While Treating CHF?

Hi,my 71 year old had a heartattack Thanksgiving of 2012,at this time we found out she has congested failure but has been losing blood and in need of blood transfusion about every 6-8 weeks not counting the times she s had ammonia and fluid removed from lungs and heart but I m aware that s normal with the heart my question is my mother lose of blood they ve done test after test and six hospitals.Monday she was not feeling well and very weak so she was taken back again to the ER where they once again placed her in ICU units and 5 units of blood (also has lost 30lbs sense the 26 of February) now after every test they say possible keep in mind blood hasn t shown in stool, urinalysis, stomach no blood clots ect.... Now their saying it s just kidney infection is this real possibility, should they not be doing a marrow biopsy just don t seem to be normal considering its a on going thing sense the card heart attack and she s not had a kidney failure nfection for two years. I m not looking for a diagnosis but some help maybe some referral sites, she s had several different specialist as you can imagine with all the hospitals my thought does this main one she keeps going to know jack. Of coarse she has Medicare A and B and state Medicaid she s been to Princton community Hospital ,Princton wv is the closest and where she s at now Bluefield Hospital,West Virginia University Morgatown Wv which is suppose be a A1 facility,Cabal Huntington hospital in Wv,and then Saint Mary s Huntington Wv. Would to know of some specialist in her area that may be of help money wise is tight but to me do what I can if insurance can t help. Me myself live in NC near two of the best facilities Winston Salem, and Charlotte but can t get referrals any help suggestions from anyone I surly appreciate it I know most Drs don t look at 71 year olds as important as younger but it s the women who raised me as a single mother and I care.Any ideas on the blood lose, cause it s truly tearing me apart.
