Are Fish Collagen Pills Advisable During Nursing Periods?
My baby is 1 year and 3 months. She is exclusively breastfeeding without formula but have 3 times homecook meals. Is it safe for me to take fish collagen suppliemy as an antiaging suppliment. It contain 5g fish collegen powder, 1g vitamin C, 0.5g vitamin E, 1g omega fish oil, 0.5g grape seed oil and 0.5g manuka honey.

I dont see a problem if you are taking supplements and it does not affect your baby any way. S upplements during breastfeeding can be taken to nourish mother as well as indirectly nourish the child.
