Are Fatigue, Headache And Heaviness In Head Symptoms Of Menopause?
Hi the last few weeks I have been so tired and the last couple days have annoying headache. Not enough for at meds but just a pain. When I sleep its like a rock and I feel like I have to drag myself out of bed. I am usually a morning person. I am going through menopause. Not sure if this is just one of the wonderful symptoms. I don t have any other issues.....Thank you for any ideas.

These are quite common in menopause. It is due to minor hormonal changes taking place towards menopause. If you could not tolerate the symptoms, you can consider hormone replacement therapy.
