Are Dizziness, Blurred Vision And Fasting Blood Sugar Level Of 60 Serious Concerns?

My daughter is 21 years old. She has been recently experiencing black outs at work, dizziness, blurred vision, temp loss of hearing, occurs usually about 3 hours afer being awake, no breakfast. She bought a glucometer and her reading is 60, pre-meal. Is the something to be concerned about? Could this be causing her dizzibess ar work?
