Are Discomfort In The Chest And Numbness In The Arm Suggestive Of Anxiety?
About 2 days I felt a little squeeze on my heart, my arm was kinda numb, I felt like these for 2 days it didn t go away, today I woke up fine I just feel that I have low oxygen I have a history of anxiety and panic attacks, could it be due to my anxiety or is it something else, my family doesn t have any heart diseases.

I think the discomfort in the chest and the numbness in arms may come from anxiety. Anxiety can also give tachycardia so you may need to do an ECG if the discomfort still continues after passing the anxiety attack.
