Are Delayed Periods And Spotting Suggestive Of Pregnancy?

Dear Sir, Please note that I would like to know my wife is pregnant or not. Symptoms are as below -     One week over to period -     Last week two day spotting found We have also checked at home card test but it is not positive. Please advice your feedback

hi...spotting or even mild bleeding is not suggestive of pregnancy..
in pregnancy absolute misseing of menses cycle occur..
test will positive 3 weeks after in BLOOD SERUM
and 5 weeks after in URINE..
weeks counted after last day of menstrual cycle.
