Are Chest Pain, Nausea And Shortness Of Breath Upon Walking A Matter Of Concern?

I have CAD & right artery stent, which was 99% blocked I. About 1999. Recently, have had some discomfort on the right side of my chest. I get some pain & some nausea. What i’m A little concerned about is I have some shortness in breath when walking as well as pain in my left shoulder blades, which has started off mild, jet seems to get a bit worse & often is in center between shoulder blades. I don’t really have sweating, nor pain in my left arms but have a bit of tightness. I do have other health issues that cause pain. Do you think I should be concerne?
