Are Back Spasms And Nausea Symptoms Of A Viral Infection?

In February I started getting these episodes of back spasms and nausea. They are excruciating and happen about once a week. At first I thought I pulled something in my back, but I am starting to feel like it is more of a bowel or stomach problem. It coincided with a vacation to Dominican Republic? Maybe a virus I picked up?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned it is not due to any virus and to confirm it do one ultrasound and physical examination to rule out kidney stone first. So take treatment as per size of stone.

Thanks
