Are Back Pain, Nausea And Spotting Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi there, I suffer pcos last week I had a few days of brown discharge/spotting which was day 32 of my cycle. I am now experiencing back pain, nausea when I wake up and I have also had hard sensitive nipples along with a burning sensation. Could this be a sign of pregnancy?

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be pregnancy but for sure better to get done the ultrasonography test because you can not rely upon clinical condition and home base test, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
