Many thanks for posting your enquiry to Health Care Magic website,

Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist used for the treatment of chronic asthma, seasonal allergies, allergic rhinitis and urticaria. Side effects contain gastrointestinal disorders, drowsiness, and headache, etc.
Flixotide (fluticasone propionate) is a corticosteroid and anti-inflammatory drug used to control inflammatory effects of allergens or irritants to limit the main underlying causes of asthma, bronchospasm. Side effects comprise a sore throat, candida infection and skin discoloration, etc.
Ventolin (albuterol) is used to prevent exercise-induced bronchospasm. Side effects and overdosage symptoms comprise faint, gastrointestinal disorders, tachycardia, tremor, etc.
According to instructions posted by you and my experience, my recommendations are:
1.     It seems your child suffers from polypharmacy side effects, and demand to be hospitalized as soon as possible.
2.     The patient needs to test his urine and blood using routine and organs function tests.
3.     Spirometry tests are demanded to assess his respiration capacities and reserves.
4.     It appears that he suffers from malnutrition, therefore immediate treatments have to be initiated.
5.     Please ask his pediatrics for hospitalization and advance follow up.

Hope he feels better soon,

Regards
