Are Abdominal Pain, Fatigue And A Skin Rash A Concern?

Hello, my son has about 5 symptoms and he is getting the run around from doctors. they still haven t said what the matter is. He started with abdominal pain, then fatigue, tingling & pain at the back of his neck and some down his spine, slightly fuzzy memory at times, and now a rash over his entire face, back of neck, and upper back and shoulders. He had blood work, but they keep saying they don t know what s wrong.
