Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

With whom you participated it. Nothing to worry about it unless the sexual partner having STDs or retroviral diseases. Nothing to do with present symptoms of 7 months back intercourse. please check blood investigation for viral markers for HIV, HBS AG, syphilis. It may be a simple upper respiratory tract infection. use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day. use tablet amoxiclav 625 mg twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
