Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your baby is suffering from mild cough and fever which is due to viral pharyngitis or upper respiratory tract infection. Need not to worry it could be mainly due to increased susceptibility of your body to get infected due to poor immunity. Need not to worry. Taxim and Neopeptine is definitely a safe combination to give to child. I would suggest you to start vitamin C tablet for 10 days. You should give combination of Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen. You should give steam inhalation along with vaporizer. Keep sipping warm water. Drink hot milk along with pinch of turmeric. Visit pediatrician once and get it examined if symptoms keeps on persisting. You should get blood tests done and start treatment once proper diagnosis is ruled out.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
