Are Sporlac, Pantop And Hyocimax Safe To Take During Pregnancy?

Hello. I am 14 weeks pregnant. I had severe upper abdomen pain yesterday. My doc gave me Pantop 40 mg and Hyocimax medicine. I was also having continuous vomiting so went to the hospital where I was given emeset injection and RL lactate ringer drip. My vomiting and pain is in control now but from today morning I am having watery motions very frequently. Doc had prescribed sporlac for next three days. Are all these medicines safe for my baby. I am very worried. Please help.

I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

As a physician I would like to tell you that Pantop40, Sporolac, and Ringer's Lactate are quite safe to use in pregnancy. I would also like to tell you that Hyocimax and Emeset are indicated to be used in pregnancy only when it is indicated to be used.
