Are Ostocalcium Syrup, Calshine Drops And Tonoferon Drops Sufficient For An Infant?

Hi, I have twin baby boys.. 4 months old. They were born 1 month premature with each born with a weight of 2.25 kgs approx. Now as they complete 4 months today they weigh approx. 7.1kgs & 64 cms tall. They are mostly top fed and are given ostocalcium syrup (5ml/daily), calshine drops (1ml/daily) and to tonofen iron drops which they hardly take and vomit it out because of the taste I believe. Please do let me know are these supplement are enough and what could be a better replacement for tonofen drops. Thanks in anticipation! Mamta

Hi, these supplements are enough for child. Try to give tonoferon drops half hour after feed it won't cause similar problems. Take care.
