Are Metopar, Cosome And Alaspan AM Advisable For Throat Congestion?

Respected sir , I m suffering from shortness of breath I breathed sometimes with a jerk all my heart , lungs, and chest repots r ok .Doctor diagnosed congestion in throat and prescribed methylcobal, metopar, alaspan AM, and Cosome. Is it safe and should I take it. Pls tell me what should I do.
