Are Levolin And Kidpred Advisable For Cold In A Child?

Wheezing , cough, running nose, fever, shortness of breath, 3 years old boy.doctor gave Levolin , combimist nebuliser, kidpred. Is baby serious.. any other medicine instead of steroid. One week before this episode he finished taking amoxicillin syrup.

consult paediatrician for proper medication.it may be viral infection which is self limiting. can give vit c drop and normal saline nasal drop.monitored can take the help of pulmunologist for examining lung fields. if there is bronchospasm can take bronchodyl or tab deriphylin. fordetalcheckup consult pulmunologist for auscultation of lung fields.baby is not serious.monitouring is required.
