Hello Hemalatha,
From your blood sugar values you are definitely a diabetic and need to be on medicines. The medicines you are taking are safe and very commonly used to treat type 2 diabetes (which you seem to have). Diabetes when uncontrolled can lead to complications and therefore the need of these medicines. All medicines have some side effects but the benefits outweigh the small side effects which occur rarely like bloating sensation because of Vogo (Voglibose) or some loose motions because of Vogo and Glycomet GP1. However if ever you plan to get pregnant you need to inform your diabetologist who can make the necessary changes in your medications and explain to you the tighter control before and during pregnancy. Also concentrate on your diet changes and exercise which will also help you to further reduce blood sugars.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
