Are Chinese Herbal Medication Safe To Use?
I went to a Chinese acupuncture/massage clinic this evening and receive massage/acupuncture for tension/stiff muscles etc. While I was there the person in the clinic checked my tongue and took my pulse. She said I had a slight problem with my liver and kidneys and recommended herbal pills. I have mild asthma and I was also recommended pills for this. I bought the pills but I am now reluctant to take them because I fear they may be harmful. Are Chinese herbal pills safe to take?
