Are Ammonium Lactate And Hydrocortisone Safe To Be Used Together On The Skin?

So I went to the doctor for something I had on my arms and they gave me some creams. They gave me the ammonium lactate cream and the hydrocortisone ointment usp, 2.5%, I would like to know if I apply them together or which one to apply first. Thank you.
