Any Suggestion To Reduce Weight?

Hi I have tried for months to lose weight and nothing is happening, I joined the gym and worked out 5 days a week and eat healthy...instead of losing weight I've gained it. Its drepressing and I dont feel like eating anymore. I just dont know what to do.

It appears that you are over anxious about weight reduction.
You can keep weight under control, by avoiding fats,fries, junk foods, and oily foods.
Increase your activity by practicing, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and do any work in front of you.
Minimize the sleeping time ,practice late to bed, and early to rise, avoid day time sleep.
