General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history and noticed that your bilirubin and hepatic enzymes levels are slightly elevated. That might be caused by:
- fatty liver
- being overweight/obese
- drinking alcohol
- toxin-induced hepatitis
- chronic viral hepatitis (B, C)

Further investigations are necessary to determine the right cause including abdominal ultrasound and tests for Hepatitis B and C.

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.
Hope it answered to your query!
