Any Safe Medicine For Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi I have erectile disfunction after removal of my prostate 3 months ago. I am currently taking Viagra 100mg I find that even with stimulation from my wife I can not get an erection hard enough for penetration. Am I expecting too much too soon or is there anything else I could try to help achieve a fuller erection?

Hello
Welcome to HCM!!!
As I can get from your description of problem is that you underwent a prostate surgery. There is a danger that you may have damaged your nerves leading to erectile dysfunction. To confirm this you can have Nocturnal penile tumescence test so that you may be sure it is due to organic damage or something psychological. Another symptom which will point towards organic origin is morning erections. It you have morning erections then it is most probably functional. When once you find out this treatment will depend accordingly.
I hope it helps
God Bless
