Anal Intercourse, Ridge Formation Between Both Openings, Sentinel Pile?

my boyfriend and i in the last year started having anal intercourse. Since then between my both openings, i have seen a change. like a ridge forming. looking at online pictures, i am assuming it is a sentinel pile. what is the cause of this, and how can i cure it?

Pile doesn't happen due to anal sex. Please don't corelated both issues together. Ride forming doesn't incidate piles. Consult any general physicain.
