An hour ago I fell out of the shower and landed directly on my back. It's extremely soar now as well as bruised and I'm wondering if anything will make it worse? I do contemporary, ballet and jazz dancing and don't want to make it worse as I have upcoming exams for these. I'm intending on going out tonight and drinking, also wearing heels, will this affect it in a negative way? Also in my job there's a lot of movements where I could strain my back should I speak to my manager about temporarily positioning me somewhere else until the strain has gone or will movement help it
