Am I Pregnant With Brown Spotting,body Aches And Nausea?
I have brown spotting for the past three days, nausea lasting all day for the past two days, body aches especially near my neck. I am on birth control but hadn't been taking it regularly till I noticed the brown spotting. Now I'm worried I might be pregnant

These can be symptoms of pregnancy as well as PMS (pre menstural syndrome).
If your periods are over due then go for
>pelvic ultrasound.
>serum Beta Hcg.
> Or pregnancy test.
But if they are yet to come then you should wait.
Because it may be starting of your periods.
And sometimes you may experience such symptoms after taking birth control pills.
